This is another Childhood Favorite of mine. It's a simple recipe for anytime
Ingredients
2 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
3 3/4 Cup sifted Flour
2 Sticks Butter
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Preparation
Cream Eggs, Sugar, Butter and Vanilla Extract.
Slowly mix in Flour, Baking Soda and salt. Do not Over Mix
Spoon onto Greased Cookie Sheet and Bake at 350 in Preheated Oven until Golden Brown
