Garden Chicken Casserole


Ingredients
3 Cups Boiled Chicken, Cut into bite sized pieces (Save Broth)
2 Cups Diced Celery, Sauteed in Butter or Margarine
2 Cups Cooked Rice (Cook in Chicken Broth)
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion

Preperation
Preheat oven to 350. 
Combine Ingredients above Gently but Thoroughly.
Place in 2Qt or 3Qt Baking Dish

Topping
2 Cups Crushed Corn Flakes
4 Tbsp Melted Butter or Margarine

Combine Corn Flakes and Butter, Toss to coat.
Place on top of chicken Mixture.

Bake 40 Minutes or until Slightly Browned

If prepared ahead of time and Frozen, Increase Cooking time to 1 hour
