Ingredients
3 Cups Plain Flour
3 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
2 15oz Cans Slice Apples (Drained)
3 Cups Chopped Pecans
1 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Almond Extract
Preparation
Mix Dry Ingredients in a Large Mixing Bowl
Add Eggs Oil and Extracts
Mix Well by Hand
Fold in Apples and Pecans.
Pour into Rectangular Cake Pan and bake at 325 for 1 hour 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
