Granny's Pecan Pie



Ingredients
1 Cup sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Light Karo syrup
1 Tsp Vinegar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 Cup Pecans
8 inch Unbaked Pie Shell

Preperation
Place pecans in Unbaked Pie Shell. Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs (beaten in one at a time), Karo syrup, vinegar and vanilla. Pour over pecans in pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

(Recipe can be 1 1/2 for 9-10 inch pie.)
